在水分胁迫下木麻黄苗木的生理生化特性研究的基础上,从木麻黄的节水能力、持水能力和吸水能力等水分生理生态特点及抗旱生产力角度,比较分析不同木麻黄树种的抗旱特性。同时,从形态学上的御旱性和生理学上的耐旱性2个方面探讨木麻黄的抗旱生理机制。通过室内测定并结合田间表现,筛选出一批抗旱性强的木麻黄优良种源、家系和无性系,应用于沿海防护林的更新改造和风口造林实践,取得了较好的成效。
Based on the study on physiological and biochemical characteristics of Casuarina equisetifolia seedlings under water stress, the drought resistance characteristics of Casuarina equisetifolia seedlings were comparatively analyzed from the aspects of water ecophysiological characteristics such as water saving ability, water holding capacity and water absorption capacity and drought resistance productivity. At the same time, the physiological mechanism of drought resistance of Casuarina equisetifolia was discussed from morphological drought resistance and physiological drought resistance. A series of excellent germplasms, pedigrees and clones of Casuarina equiseti were screened out through indoor determination and field performance. They were used in the reformation and reaming practice of coastal shelterbelt and achieved good results.
