2005年9月7日上午,珠江口内伶仃岛与龙鼓洲岛交界水域,广州海关缉私局 与香港水警完成了粤港两地执法部门的首次犯罪货物海上移交。 广州海关缉私局移交给香港警方的7个货柜,来自2005年2月19日轰动香港的 屯门码头趸船被劫案(详见本刊2005年第12期)。 广州海关缉私局局长陈建文说,这次向香港警方移交抢劫走私货物,是海关缉 私警察组建以来的第一次,也是粤港警方执法合作的新成果,为粤港警方共同开展 打击海上刑事罪案和走私犯罪活动起到有力的推动作用。
On the morning of September 7, 2005, at the junction of Neigu Island and Lung Kwu Chau Island in the Pearl River estuary, the Guangzhou Customs Anti-smuggling Bureau and the Hong Kong Marine Police completed the first transfer of criminal goods by the law enforcement agencies of Guangdong and Hong Kong. The seven cargo containers handed over to the Hong Kong Police by the Guangzhou Customs Anti-Smuggling Bureau were robbed from the Tuen Mun Wharf that caused a sensation in Hong Kong on February 19, 2005 (see the 12th issue of the magazine in 2005). The director of the Guangzhou Customs Anti-smuggling Bureau, Chen Jianwen, said that the handover of smuggled goods to the Hong Kong police was the first since the establishment of the Customs’ smuggling police. It was also a new result of the law enforcement cooperation between the Hong Kong and Guangdong police. It has helped the Hong Kong and Guangdong police jointly crack down on maritime criminal crimes. Smuggling criminal activities play a powerful role in promoting.
