目的建立碱熔-离子色谱法测定土壤中氟的分析方法。方法用Metroep A Supp5-250阴离子分析柱分离,3.2mmol/LNa2CO3+1.0mmol/LNaHCO3淋洗液,流速为0.7ml/min,化学抑制电导检测器。样品于镍钳锅500℃碱熔,溶解、过滤、进样分析。结果本法相关性好(r>0.9996),相对标准差为2.37%~4.71%,样品平均加标回收率在84.0%~95.5%之间,样品的最低检出限为1.2mg/kg。结论本法操作简单、快速、准确、灵敏,适合于大批量土壤中氟的测定。
Objective To establish an analytical method for determination of fluorine in soil by alkali fusion - ion chromatography. The method was separated on an Metroep A Supp5-250 anion analytical column with a 3.2 mmol / L Na 2 CO 3 + 1.0 mmol / L NaHCO 3 rinse at a flow rate of 0.7 ml / min and a chemical suppression conductivity detector. Sample in a nickel-caliper pan 500 ℃ alkali melting, dissolution, filtration, injection analysis. Results The correlation of this method was good (r> 0.9996). The relative standard deviations were 2.37% -4.71%. The average recoveries were between 84.0% and 95.5%. The minimum detectable limit was 1.2 mg / kg. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate, sensitive and suitable for the determination of fluorine in large quantities of soil.
