The dynamic balance of gas and liquid phases is established by using the principle of fluid mechanics to guide the research of the damping technology in the cold motorized sealing of liquid seal ring and solve the problem that the liquid level oscillation affects the dynamic seal of the ring duct of the ring cooler.
