当前面对经济全球化和我国加入WTO的临近,企业从传统人事管理向人力资源管理转变,是人事管理制度的改革的方向和建立现代企业制度的需要。因此,如何找准施工企业人事管理向人力资源管理的最佳转变途径,使企业在激烈竞争中不断扩展空间和补充动力,持续健康地发展,是企业经营管理者需深入研究的一个新课题。
At present, in the face of economic globalization and the advent of China’s accession to the WTO, the transformation of enterprises from traditional personnel management to human resources management is the direction of personnel management system reform and the need to establish a modern enterprise system.
