[目的]探讨云克治疗类风湿关节炎的临床护理。[方法]对22例类风湿关节炎病人采用云克进行3个疗程的治疗,并给予相应的护理,包括掌握药物的配制及输注方法,观察药物不良反应,给予心理护理、疼痛护理、饮食护理、关节功能锻炼等护理。[结果]病人的关节疼痛、实验室指标均有明显好转。[结论]云克治疗类风湿关节炎安全有效,给予积极有效的护理可缓解病人的关节症状,提高病人的生活质量。
[Objective] To investigate the clinical nursing of Yunke in treating rheumatoid arthritis. [Method] Twenty-two patients with rheumatoid arthritis were treated with Yunke for three courses and given corresponding nursing care, including mastering the formulation and infusion of drugs, observing adverse drug reactions, giving psychological nursing, pain nursing, diet Nursing, joint function training and other nursing. [Results] The patient’s joint pain and laboratory indicators were significantly improved. [Conclusion] Yunke is safe and effective in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Active and effective nursing can relieve the patients’ joint symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
