目的 研究急性髓细胞白血病 (AML)CD11b表达的临床意义。方法 采用碱性磷酸酶抗碱性磷酸酶复合物法 (APAAP) ,测定 80例AML患者细胞膜表面CD11b的阳性表达。结果 CD11b+AML缓解率 ( 44 4% )明显低于D11b-AML缓解率 ( 73 8% ) (P <0 0 5 ) ,CD11b+AML患者平均生存期明显低于CD11b-AML患者 (P <0 0 1) ,且与年龄、白细胞数、细胞遗传学异常等因素无关。结论 CD11b表达是AML预后不良的特征之一。
Objective To study the clinical significance of CD11b expression in acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Methods The alkaline phosphatase anti-alkaline phosphatase complex method (APAAP) was used to determine the positive expression of CD11b on the cell surface of 80 patients with AML. Results The response rate of CD11b+AML (44 4%) was significantly lower than that of D11b-AML (73 8%) (P <0 05). The average survival time of CD11b+AML was significantly lower than that of CD11b-AML (P <0. 0 1) and not related to factors such as age, leukocyte count, cytogenetic abnormalities, etc. Conclusion CD11b expression is one of the characteristics of poor prognosis of AML.
