叶圣陶先生是从苏州小学讲台走出去的现代教育大家,也是苏州教师的精神导师和行为楷模。新一代的“苏式教师”以叶圣陶先生为榜样,努力践行教育理想。“苏式教师”根植于孔子万世师表的传习之中,具有博养大爱的教育情怀。形成教师完整的德品学养特质,是“苏式教师”培养的高位坐标。“苏式教师”的品德学养特质如下:首先,德馨志磐。壮志如磐当拏云,德行馨香满校园。其次,心潜道简。潜心涤虑心自明,大道至简了无痕。最后,虑远履新。风物长宜放眼量,来日更把凯歌奏。
Mr. Ye Shengtao is a modern educator who walks out from the podium of Suzhou Primary School and is also a spiritual mentor and model of behavior for teachers in Suzhou.
