[目的/意义]根据心智模型理论,不同的团队心智模型,团队效能也不同,而决定服务团队心智模型的核心焦点是团队成员之间的共享程度。[方法/过程]文章从团队层面探讨学科服务团队效能影响的关键问题,分析心智模型在学科服务团队中的作用机制,提出优化学科服务团队心智模式设计构想。[结果/结论]获取分析影响学科服务团队共享心智模型的关键效能指标(团队环境、团队领导、团队结构、团队过程),构建学科服务团队共享心智模型,指出团队沟通是提升学科服务团队效能的最佳路径,并针对团队有效沟通提出切实可行的相关建议。
[Purpose / Significance] According to the mental model theory, different team mental models and team effectiveness are different, and the core focus of the service team mental model is to share the team members. [Methods / Processes] The article explores the key issues affecting the effectiveness of the discipline service team from a team level, analyzes the mechanism of the mental model in the discipline service team, and proposes the idea of optimizing the mental model of the discipline service team.
