通过对跳汰机内部流场的PIV实验研究,分析不同结构的空气室对机体内流体运动状态产生的影响,从而设计出更加合理的新型空气室结构,并对新结构进行PIV实验测试。实验结果表明:新结构可以产生更加均匀平稳的脉动水流,改善跳汰机分选效果;新结构的机体高度降低了1/3,降低了厂房高度;新结构可以减小跳汰机的进风压力,节约能源。
Through the PIV experimental study of the internal flow field of the jig, the influence of the air chamber with different structures on the fluid motion state in the machine body is analyzed, so that a more reasonable new air chamber structure is designed and the PIV experiment of the new structure is tested. The experimental results show that the new structure can produce a more even and smooth pulsating water flow and improve the sorting effect of the jig. The height of the new structure is reduced by 1/3 and the height of the factory is reduced, and the new structure can reduce the air inlet of the jig Pressure, save energy.
