采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对断裂转向节臂的宏、微观组织进行了分析。检验结果表明,表面脱碳层的存在及表面粗糙是导致构件断裂的主要原因。断裂性质属疲劳断裂。
The macro and microstructure of the fracture knuckle arm were analyzed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The test results show that the existence of surface decarburized layer and the surface roughness are the main reasons leading to component fracture. Fracture nature of fatigue fracture.
