小型柴油机检测中,机械式功率油耗仪使用较多。为提高其检测精度和质量,应注意以下几个问题。 1.使用的秒表、弹簧秤要经过计量部门校准 2.检测时,保持发动机处于正常工作温度和额定转速状态 (1)发动机温度过低时,应让其空负荷运转一段时间,使温度上升到正常工作温度(80~95℃);如温度过高,应让发动机低速运转或停机冷却至正常温度。机温过低过高所测得的功率油耗都不能真实反映该机
