猴年刚刚开始,“非典”就如同一个看不见的鬼魅,重又笼罩在人们头上。 而就在邻邦韩国,“非典”期间曾有大批的留学生和在中国工作的韩国人回国,却没有发生一例感染。庆幸之余,韩国人调侃地称,这是经常食用泡菜的关系。许多外国媒体如英国的《金融时报》等于是也据此推测韩国泡菜对预防“非典”有功效。一时间,这种本来再寻常不过的食品竟成了众口相传的灵丹妙药,不仅国内消费量激增,出口量也比平时猛增了三成。
