为比较子宫内膜异位症与正常妇女CA125水平及子宫内膜异位症患者服用丹那唑前后以CA125变化情况,挑选子宫内膜异位症和正常妇女各15例,年龄为21～38岁(平均29.5±5.7)。检查配偶精液均正常。每个妇女排卵、宫颈粘液及输卵管放射检查亦正常。其中15例患者在采血样确定CA125水平后行腹腔镜检查。并对其子宫内膜异位症进行了分期,Ⅰ期9例、Ⅱ期2例、Ⅲ期3例、Ⅳ期1例。丹那唑用量为每8h200mg,疗程6个月。CA125采用放免测定。在治疗
To compare endometriosis and normal women CA125 levels and endometriosis patients before and after taking danazol CA125 changes, 15 cases of endometriosis and normal women were selected, aged 21 to 38 years old (Average 29.5 ± 5.7). Check the spouses are normal sperm. Ovulation of each woman, cervical mucus and tubal radiography also normal. Among them, 15 patients underwent laparoscopy after confirming CA125 level in blood sampling. The endometriosis was staged.
