随着我国经济建设的不断发展,国家加大了基础设施建设的投资力度和规模,在电力企业中电网建设投资力度也逐年上升,因此,如何做好电企业项目预算管理成为了电力企业需要认真思考的课题,本文主要从电力企业项目预算管理特点出发,分析了加强项目预算管理工作对于电力企业发展的作用,并对电力企业项目预算管理问题进行探讨,最后提出相应的建议和措施。
