随着我国建筑工程业的不断改革和发展,BIM虚拟施工技术较为广泛的应用到国内工程管理中。该技术合理利用了虚拟现实、计算机仿真以及计算机辅助等高科技技术对工程进行三维建模,继而对施工过程进行全方位的控制和管理。该技术能有效提高施工水平和工程效率,对建筑行业有十分正面的影响。因此,本文对BIM虚拟施工技术在工程管理中的应用流程进行了分析,并对BIM虚拟施工技术在工程管理中的应用进行了探析。
As China’s construction industry continues to reform and development, BIM virtual construction technology is more widely used in domestic project management. The technology uses virtual reality, computer simulation and computer-aided high-tech technology such as three-dimensional modeling of the project, and then the construction process for a full range of control and management. The technology can effectively improve the level of construction and project efficiency, the construction industry has a very positive impact. Therefore, this paper analyzes the application process of BIM virtual construction technology in project management and explores the application of BIM virtual construction technology in project management.
