应用倍频Nd:YAG脉冲激光,在波长为532nm,脉冲宽度分别为8ns和23ps的条件下,研究了四溴2,3萘酞菁锌(Ⅱ)(tetrabromo2,3naphthalocyanineZine(Ⅱ))化合物的光限幅特性,其光限幅特性优于富勒烯。研究结果表明,激发态吸收是主要的光限幅机理。
The effects of tetrabromo2,3naphthalocyanineZine (Ⅱ) on the photoluminescence of tetrabromo2,3naphthalocyanine zinc (Ⅱ) were studied by using frequency-doubled Nd: YAG pulsed laser at 532nm wavelength and 8ns pulse width respectively. Ⅱ)) compounds have better optical limiting properties than fullerenes. The results show that excited state absorption is the main optical limiting mechanism.
