近年来,电力行业特别是供电企业加大了人力资源管理的力度,初步建立了人力资源管理的新机制,但来自观念、体制等方面的束缚和阻碍仍或多或少地影响了人力资源管理的成效,随着电力体制改革的深化,电力企业全面构建企业人力资源管理创新体系,对于实现电力企业全面、协调、可持续发展显得尤为必要和迫切。
In recent years, the power industry, especially power supply companies, has intensified human resources management and initially established a new mechanism for human resources management. However, the constraints and obstacles from the perspectives of concepts and systems still affect human resources management more or less. With the deepening of the reform of the power system, it is particularly necessary and urgent for power companies to comprehensively construct an enterprise human resource management innovation system to achieve comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of power companies.
