目的:检测Th1、Th2、Th17相关细胞因子和HBD-2,-3在糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓(EOLP)患者唾液中的表达,探讨其在EOLP发生发展中的作用。方法:分别纳入EOLP患者30例及按年龄和性别匹配的健康者20例作为实验组和对照组,采用流式微球技术(Cytometric Bead Array,CBA)检测唾液中IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-17、IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-10的表达水平,并采用酶联免疫吸附测试法(ELISA)检测唾液中HBD-2和HBD-3。结果:EOLP患者唾液中IL-1β、IL-6、HBD-2、HBD-3水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),TNF-α、IL-17、IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-10与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。患者唾液HBD-2的表达与IFN-γ呈正相关、与IL-17呈负相关,HBD-3的表达与IL-17和IL-10均呈负相关。结论:唾液中IL-1β、IL-6、HBD-2和HBD-3的高表达可能与EOLP的发生发展密切相关。
Objective: To detect the expression of Th1, Th2, Th17 related cytokines and HBD-2, -3 in the saliva of patients with erosive oral lichen planus (EOLP) and to explore its role in the development of EOLP. Methods: Thirty cases of EOLP and 20 cases of healthy subjects matched by age and gender were enrolled as experimental group and control group. Cytometric Bead Array (CBA) was used to detect the expression of IL-1β, TNF-α, IL in saliva IL-6, IL-17, IFN-γ, IL-4 and IL-10 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. HBD-2 and HBD-3 in saliva were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) Results: The levels of IL-1β, IL-6, HBD-2 and HBD-3 in saliva of EOLP patients were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05) -10 was not significantly different from the control group (P> 0.05). The expression of HBD-2 in saliva of patients was positively correlated with IFN-γ and negatively correlated with IL-17. The expression of HBD-3 was negatively correlated with IL-17 and IL-10. Conclusion: The high expression of IL-1β, IL-6, HBD-2 and HBD-3 in saliva may be closely related to the occurrence and development of EOLP.
