多年来,我国石油销售公司系统油库的设计、建设和技术改造工作,都取得了不少成绩,各省市都有了一定规模的油库和相应的设施,从而保证了石油产品的储存和运输,促进了国民经济的发展。文章通过对河南省石油公司的分析,指出由于历史上的种种原因,许多方面还存在着不 少问题,诸如油库建设和改造无总体规划,盲目性很大;系统技术管理薄弱,技术人员专业化程度低;片面追求所谓新技术,忽视常规设计和“不显眼”技术等等,有些较严重的还造成了经济上的巨大损失。文章最后指出,省级石油销售公司如建立人、财、物统管体制,可望使油库技术工作走上新的正确轨道。
