车削外圆是当前机械制造过程中最基本的加工方式,是随着当前社会发展过程机械制造技术日益完善逐步形成的加工手段和加工措施。在其记性工作的工程中由于工作技术的不够使得其存在着诸多问题,这些问题是影响机械加工质量的主要因素,本文就当前车削外圆的常见的各种故障进行分析,提出相应的解决措施和处理方法。
