我国“十三五”规划建议提出了发展共享经济支持实施网络强国战略,至此,共享经济正式列入我国国家发展战略规划。2016年(第十五届)中国互联网大会[1]于6月21日起在北京举行,被认为是引领全球未来发展最具潜力的创新经济模式——共享经济,成为本次大会的最大亮点。本文通过总结共享经济的内涵,阐述中国共享经济发展现状,得出结合本国实际,通过明确监管目标、适当采取外界干预、引领社会道德风尚、未来征信体系与共享经济相结合等措施的实施,加强共享经济安全保障,为发展具有中国特色的共享经济提供借鉴参考
China’s “13th Five-Year Plan” put forward the proposal of developing a shared economy to support the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the nation by network. By now, the shared economy has been formally included in the national development strategy of our country. The 2016 (15th) China Internet Conference [1] was held in Beijing on June 21 and is considered as the most innovative economic model that will lead the world in its future development. Sharing economy has become the highlight of this conference . This article summarizes the connotation of shared economy, elaborates the present situation of China’s shared economy, draws out the implementation of such measures as combining the actual conditions of our country, clarifying the regulatory objectives, adopting appropriate outside intervention, leading the social morality and fashion, integrating the credit system with the shared economy in the future, Strengthen the sharing of economic security and provide references for the development of a shared economy with Chinese characteristics
