针对超薄沥青混凝土厚度小、集料粒径小,同时要求达到传统面层的密实程度、较好的构造深度及其他使用性能的特点,试验采用混合正交方法,选取粉胶比、沥青类型、集料类型、填料类型、粗集料含量等5个关键影响因素,按粉胶比取4个水平、其余各取2个水平的方案进行配合比试验,考察空隙率、马歇尔稳定度、劈裂强度、动稳定度、冻融劈裂强度比(TSR)等5个关键控制指标,对超薄沥青混凝土进行对比分析研究。试验及分析结果表明:当为粉胶比1.3+辉绿岩+SBS改性沥青+水泥+粗集料含量65%的组合时,超薄沥青混凝土的工程性能最好。
