目的:探讨柔化管理模式用于急诊护理管理效果。方法:某院急诊科自2015年1月起实施柔化管理模式,以实施前后各1年分别设为对照组和干预组,比较两组护理质量评分、护理差错发生率及临床满意度等。结果:干预组护理质量评分、差错发生率和临床满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柔化管理模式用于急诊护理管理可有效提高护理工作质量,降低护理差错发生几率,并有助于改善护理服务满意度。
Objective: To explore the effect of softening management mode on emergency nursing management. Methods: The department of emergency department of a hospital implemented the softening management mode from January 2015, and set it as the control group and the intervention group respectively one year before and after implementation. The nursing quality scores, the incidence of nursing errors and clinical satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The scores of nursing quality, incidence of errors and clinical satisfaction in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The softening management model used in emergency nursing management can effectively improve the quality of nursing work, reduce the incidence of nursing errors and help to improve the satisfaction of nursing services.
