口眼干燥综合征(Sj(?)gren 综合征)是一种以泪腺、涎腺损害为主要表现的自身免疫性疾病,常可合并类风湿关节炎(下称 RA)。本文对29例 RA 患者作了泪腺和涎腺损害的观察。29例 RA 均符合1963年美国风湿病协会所定的诊断标准。男14例,女15例。男性平均发病年龄为46岁(24～61岁),女性平均发病年龄为40岁(24～50岁)。方法和结果1.Schirmer 试验:29例共测58只眼,结果男性为7.61±4.59毫米,女性为6.97±2.44毫米(滤纸湿润长度均值±标准差)。2.眼荧光素染色试验:测29例58只眼,结果阳性眼数男为14只(50%),女为18只(60%),
Oat-eye syndrome (Sj (?) Gren syndrome) is a lacrimal gland, salivary gland damage as the main manifestation of autoimmune diseases, often associated with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). In this paper, 29 cases of RA patients made lacrimal gland and salivary gland lesions were observed. Twenty-nine cases of RA met the diagnostic criteria set by the American Rheumatism Association in 1963. There were 14 males and 15 females. The average age of onset was 46 years (24 to 61 years) for men and 40 years (24 to 50 years) for women. Methods and Results 1. Schirmer test: A total of 58 eyes were examined in 29 patients, resulting in a mean of 7.61 ± 4.59 mm for men and 6.97 ± 2.44 mm for women (mean ± standard deviation of filter wetted length).
