本文采用物理化学相分析的方法研究比较了1Cr12Mo钢在不同淬火介质,不同回火温度的热处理制度下,析出相的类型、数量、组成和颗粒度。1Cr12Mo钢在不同热处理制度后均析出M_(23)C_6型碳化物,数量基本相同,分子组成相同,颗粒度不同。淬火温度相同,介质为空冷比油冷的碳化物颗粒度小。淬火温度、介质及回火介质相同,回火温度低的碳化物颗粒度小。
In this paper, the type, quantity, composition and particle size of precipitated phase of 1Cr12Mo steel were compared and studied by the method of phase analysis of physical and chemical processes under the different tempering media and different tempering temperature. 1Cr12Mo steel in different heat treatment system were precipitated M_ (23) C_6 type carbide, the same number, the same molecular composition, different particle size. Quenching temperature is the same, the medium is air-cooled than the oil-cooled carbide particle size is small. Quenching temperature, medium and tempering medium the same, low tempering temperature carbide particles small.
