17例颅内原发性肿瘤材料取自脑外科手术标本。术中取材,常规光镜、扫描电镜(SEM)制样。每例均分别进行PTAH染色和抗GFAP、S—100蛋白、Vimentin免疫组化染色以明确诊断。17
Twenty-seven cases of primary intracranial tumors were obtained from brain surgery specimens. Intraoperative extraction, conventional light microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) sample preparation. Each case were separately PTAH staining and anti-GFAP, S-100 protein, Vimentin immunohistochemical staining to confirm the diagnosis. 17
