对江西省屏山风电场在建工程可能扰动地表面积,损坏水土保持设施,造成水土流失总量及其危害等做出预测评价,达到合理布设水土流失防治措施,有效防治水土流失的目的.其结果表明,工程建设扰动地表面积为41.39 hm2,损坏水土保持设施总面积为41.39 hm2,不产生永久性弃方,可能造成的最大水土流失量为3 414 t,可能新增的水土流失量为3 224 t.根据预测结果,阐述了可能产生水土流失的部位、时段和数量.
The project under construction of Pingdingshan Wind Farm in Jiangxi Province may disturb the surface area, damage the water and soil conservation facilities, cause the total amount of soil erosion and its damage, etc. to make predictions and evaluations so as to achieve the purpose of rationally arranging soil and water loss prevention and control measures and effectively preventing soil erosion. It shows that the disturbance of the project construction is 41.39 hm2, the total area of soil and water conservation facilities damaged is 41.39 hm2, no permanent abandonment will be generated, the maximum soil erosion that may be caused is 3 414 t, and the amount of soil and water loss that may be added is 3 224 t. Based on the forecast results, the location, period and amount of soil erosion that may occur are described.
