本实验用高胆固醇脂肪乳剂灌胃法。建立一种小鼠高血脂模型,该模型病理对照组与正常对照组比较,TC、TG、LDL—C、LDLC/HDL—C均有显著地降低,而HDL—C/TC有显著地提高。并观察了茵陈蒿汤组对TC、TG、HDL—C、LDL—C水平的影响。与病理对照组相比,茵陈蒿汤组可使高脂血症小鼠血清中的TC、TG、LDL—C水平显著降低,HDL—C/TC比值有意义的增加,LDL—C/HDL—C比值有意义的降低。与安妥明治疗组相比,结果相近。实验表明,茵陈蒿汤组有治疗高脂血症的作用。
This experiment used a high-cholesterol fat emulsion gavage method. A mouse hyperlipidemia model was established. Compared with the normal control group, the TC, TG, LDL-C, and LDLC/HDL-C levels in the pathological control group were significantly lower, while HDL-C/TC was significantly increased. The effects of Yinchenhao Decoction on the levels of TC, TG, HDL-C, and LDL-C were observed. Compared with the pathological control group, the Yinchenhao decoction group can significantly reduce the levels of TC, TG, and LDL-C in the serum of mice with hyperlipidemia, and the HDL-C/TC ratio increases significantly. LDL-C/HDL - A meaningful decrease in the C ratio. Compared with the clofibrate treatment group, the results were similar. Experiments show that Yinchenhao Decoction can treat hyperlipidemia.
