抽油机井过环空测试是近几年发展起来的一种新技术,它是油田动态监测的最优测井方法。在抽油机井过环空测试中,经常会发生钢丝或电缆缠绕油管的现象,以致造成压力计掉落井事故,给油田生产带来麻烦。本文在分析缠绕原因后,总结出环空测试中的一套防缠工艺技术,并且自行设计了一种井下防缠工具。通过现场应用,缠绕现象基本得以解决,见到很好的经济效果。尤其是井下防缠器不仅具有防缠作用,而且还具有阻止管柱晃动,起下刮蜡之功能,作为偏心井口测试配套的井下工具,已在油田现场广泛应用。
The annular test of pumping well is a new technique developed in recent years. It is the optimal logging method for dynamic monitoring of oilfield. In the sucker rod well annulus test, often occur wire or cable wrapped around the tubing phenomenon, resulting in pressure gauge drop well accidents, oilfield production to bring trouble. After analyzing the reason of winding, this paper summarizes a set of anti-wrap technology in the annulus test and designs a downhole anti-wrapping tool. Through the field application, the winding phenomenon can be basically solved, to see a very good economic results. In particular, the downhole anti-twister not only has the function of anti-wrapping, but also has the function of preventing the pipe from swaying and scraping the wax. As a downhole tool matched with the eccentric wellhead test, it has been widely used on the oil field.
