目的:建立染色黄芩片的近红外光谱快速鉴别法。方法:收集全国不同来源的黄芩片样品,采集其近红外光谱,用矢量归一加二阶导数法和因子化法建立鉴别模型,谱段范围为12000~4000cm~(-1)。结果:用16个样品进行验证,能很好鉴别出染色黄芩片。结论:近红外光谱法可快速、准确地鉴别染色黄芩片,可在药品检测车上推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a rapid identification of stained Scutellariae by NIR spectroscopy. Methods: The samples of Scutellaria baicalensis collected from different sources in China were collected and their near-infrared spectra were collected. The discriminant model was established by vector normalization plus second-order derivative method and factorization method. The spectral range was 12000-4000cm -1. Results: Validation with 16 samples allowed the identification of stained baicalin tablets. Conclusion: Near infrared spectroscopy can quickly and accurately identify the Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi tablet, which can be widely applied in drug testing vehicles.
