21世纪企业之间的竞争更多地表现为所在网络与网络之间的竞争,影响网络组织效率的主要因素正在逐渐成为研究者关注的焦点。本文通过对80家企业的大样本问卷调查,研究了网络成员间承诺对网络组织效率的影响机制。结构方程模型的检验结果表明:情感承诺对于增加网络组织成员间的交易收益和减少网络组织成员间的交易成本具有正向促进作用;计算性承诺正向促进网络组织成员间交易成本的减少,而对增加网络组织成员间的交易收益的促进作用不显著。
The competition between enterprises in the 21st century is more manifested as the competition between the network and the network in which it is located. The main factors affecting the efficiency of the network organization are gradually becoming the focus of researchers. In this paper, a large sample of 80 companies surveyed the network members of the commitment to the network organization efficiency of the mechanism. The test results of the structural equation model show that the emotional commitment plays a positive role in increasing the transaction gain among the members of the network and reducing the transaction costs among the members of the network. Computational commitment positively promotes the reduction of the transaction costs among the members of the network. The promotion effect of increasing transaction gain among network members is not significant.
