水飞蓟宾及其水溶性衍生物和制剂的含量测定系采用紫外分光光度法。为了简化分析手续和克服制备标准品的困难,有必要测定水飞蓟宾的百分吸收系数。据报道Bandarenko等的测定值为383±4.4,我们初次测定值为428.6。本文用进一步精制的水飞蓟宾纯品进行精密测定,其E_(1cm)~(1%)288nm值为456.1±1.8。一、条件选择 1.溶剂选择:分别以无水乙醇和95%乙醇作溶剂,对照试验表明:两者最大吸收波长288±1nm无改变,但所测得的吸收度明显下降,且溶解度不大理想,故仍采用无水乙醇作溶剂。
Silybin and its water-soluble derivatives and preparations were determined by UV spectrophotometry. In order to simplify the analysis procedures and overcome the difficulties of preparing standard products, it is necessary to determine the percent absorption coefficient of silybin. The measured value of Bandarenko et al. was reported to be 383±4.4, and our initial measurement was 428.6. In this paper, the refined Silybin pure product was further used for precision measurement. The E_(1cm)~(1%) 288nm value was 456.1±1.8. I. Condition selection 1. Solvent selection: Ethanol and 95% ethanol were used as solvents, and the control experiment showed that the maximum absorption wavelength of the two was 288±1 nm, but the measured absorbance decreased significantly, and the solubility was not large. Ideally, ethanol is still used as a solvent.
