本文采用图像定量分析和形态测量方法对自然低氧及服用中草药异叶青兰的低氧环境下的大鼠大脑皮质超微结构进行定量观察研究。结果如下:低氧对照组的脑皮质锥体细胞肿胀,线粒体数量减少(P<0.01),线粒体平均截面积增大(P<0.01),毛细血管基底膜明显增厚(P<0.01),内皮细胞中出现许多吞饮泡。轴突及树突内线粒体肿胀,嵴断裂。轴棘及轴树突触间隙变窄(P<0.01),低氧给药组锥体细胞无明显肿胀,线粒体数量增多(P<0.01),线粒体平均截面积增大(P<0.05),毛细血管腔面完整,内皮细胞中有少量吞饮泡。本文对各组形态变化的差异进行了探讨。
In this paper, quantitative analysis and morphometric methods were used to quantitatively observe the ultrastructure of rat cerebral cortex under natural hypoxia and in the hypoxic environment of Chinese herbal medicine Isopiaea glauca. The results were as follows: In the hypoxic control group, cerebral cortical pyramidal cells were swollen, the number of mitochondria was decreased (P<0.01), the average mitochondrial cross-sectional area was increased (P<0.01), and the capillary basement membrane was significantly thickened (P<0. 01) Many endocytotic vesicles appear in endothelial cells. Axon and dendritic mitochondria swelling, sacral rupture. The synaptic cleft of the spine and axis was narrowed (P<0.01). There was no significant swelling of the pyramidal cells in the hypoxic group, the number of mitochondria increased (P<0.01), and the mean mitochondrial cross-sectional area increased (P< 0.05), capillary luminal complete surface, a small amount of endothetic cells to swallow the bubble. This article discusses the differences in morphological changes in each group.
