Like many other companies in the world, IBM is in the midst of such change. One of the most likely extinct species in the economic jungle of the early 2000s is the gnash monster: a multinational corporation. Under the dual effects of competition and the dramatic changes in the global environment, TNCs are forced to rapidly evolve into a different form of life.
