测流信号传输中的干扰问题是一个令人十分头痛的问题。一部仪器,无论是在室内调试还是在野外调试,都会遇到各种各样的干扰问题。只要摸清了干扰的规律,问题是不难解决的。一般说来,干扰往往通过两种途径干扰仪器。其一是通过耦合或感应的方式,包括分布电容的耦合,电磁耦合和公共阻抗的耦合。其中公共阻抗即电源输出阻抗和地线阻抗的耦合是数字仪器受到干扰的主要来源。其次是辐射,较长的讯号输入线、输出线、电源线和控制线都具有天电效应,都能接受和辐射干扰波。解决干扰问题,必须摸清干扰的来源、传播途径、干扰波的特点,即波形、频率、幅度。根据不同的干扰采取不同的措施,干扰问题一般是可以克服的。下面将我们研制成功的缆道控制仪在调试过程中所遇到的干扰和采取的抗干扰措施介绍如下:
The problem of interference in the measurement signal transmission is a very headache problem. An instrument, whether it is for indoor or outdoor commissioning, encounters a wide range of interference issues. Just find out the law of interference, the problem is not difficult to solve. In general, interference often interferes with the instrument in two ways. One is through coupling or sensing, including distributed capacitance coupling, electromagnetic coupling and common impedance coupling. The common impedance, that is, the coupling of the power output impedance and the ground impedance, is the main source of digital instrument interference. Followed by radiation, a longer signal input line, output line, power line and control line have an antenna effect, can accept and radiation interference wave. To solve the problem of interference, we must find out the source of the interference, the route of transmission and the characteristics of the interference wave, that is, the waveform, the frequency and the amplitude. According to different interference to take different measures, interference problems generally can be overcome.
