随着城镇化提速发展、居民消费升级等因素的影响,我国城市居民的数量、聚居形态、消费观念、消费种类均已发生了较大变化。首先,居民消费占国民经济的比例越来越大,其对经济的支撑作用越来越明显。其次,人们的消费观念升级,开始追求更高的品质、文化内涵和精神层次。由此导致的住宅区临街商业业态较以往发生较大变化,需要对新的邻里关系、商业种类等方面进行新的观察和研究,以指导房地产开发、商业发展方向和国家治理。
With the rapid development of urbanization and the upgrading of residents’ consumption, the urban population in our country has changed greatly in quantity, habitat pattern, consumer attitudes and types of consumption. First of all, the proportion of resident consumption in the national economy is growing, and its support for the economy is becoming more and more obvious. Second, people’s concept of consumption escalated and began to pursue higher quality, cultural connotation and spiritual level. As a result, the street-facing business pattern in residential areas has changed greatly from the previous ones. New observations and studies on new neighborhood relations and business types are required to guide real estate development, commercial development and state governance.
