目前,相当一部分科技期刊编辑加工不到位,差错情况严重,编排失当,影响了科技期刊作用的发挥。鉴此,在论述加强科技期刊编后统稿工作必要性、紧迫性的基础上,提出了切实做好这项工作的设想和措施。
At present, a considerable number of editors of scientific and technological journals are not in place, the errors are serious and the layout is improper, which affects the function of sci-tech periodicals. In view of this, based on the necessity and urgency of strengthening the compilation of scientific and technical periodicals, we put forward the ideas and measures for doing a good job of this work.
