油田企业是较独立的经济组织,基层党组织则是其内部的战斗堡垒与政治核心,是油田企业建设物质文明与精神文明的前沿阵地。油田企业基层党风建设工作的状况如何不但和油田企业的生产与发展有密切联系,还对党员干部在群众中间的形象有直接影响。在市场经济新形势下,油田企业优化基层党风建设工作显得尤为迫切。下面从油田企业基层党风建设工作面临的挑战入手,探究提出若干优化措施,以促进油田企业提高基层党风建设工作实效。
Oilfield enterprises are more independent economic organizations, and grass-roots party organizations are their internal fighting bastions and political cores. They are also the forefront positions for oilfield enterprises in building material civilization and spiritual civilization. How the status of grass-roots party style work in oilfield enterprises not only has close ties with the production and development of oilfield enterprises, but also has a direct impact on the image of party members and cadres among the masses. Under the new situation of market economy, it is urgent for oilfield enterprises to optimize the work style of grass-roots party organizations. The following from the oilfield enterprises face the challenges of grass-roots party style work to explore and put forward some optimization measures to promote oil field enterprises to enhance the work efficiency of grass-roots party style building.
