一、前言膨胀仪主要用来测定线膨胀系数和临界点。目前执行的国内外有关标准均已对伸长量和温度的测量规定了各种检定方法。可是在实际执行中,温度测量的系统误差仍然难以消除。在膨胀系数的测定中,通过用铂标样校准,实质上已把伸长量测量误差和温度测量误差统一加以检定,因而测温问题显得不突出。临界点的测定则需要准确测温。从前段时间情报网组织的T8钢标样临界点统测数据来看,测温误差是比较大的。引起测温误差的主要原因有:热电偶质量、热电偶与试样相对位置、加热炉结构、加热方式、
I. Introduction Dilatometer is mainly used to determine the linear expansion coefficient and the critical point. The current implementation of the relevant standards at home and abroad have been on the elongation and temperature measurement provides a variety of test methods. However, in actual implementation, the systematic error of temperature measurement is still difficult to eliminate. In the determination of the coefficient of expansion, by calibrating with platinum standard, the measurement error of elongation and the temperature measurement error have been uniformly checked, so the temperature measurement problem does not stand out.
