目的 :探讨在高原服用银杏叶片对移居青年血流动力学的影响。方法 :将进驻海拔370 0m半年的 2 0名青年随机分为两组 ,每组 10人。对照组口服自制炒面胶囊 ,每次 2粒 ,每天2次 ;实验组口服银杏叶片 ,每次 2片 ,每天 2次。在服药 15天后两组分别用XG -Ⅲ型血液循环功能自动测试仪检测血流动力学。结果 :实验组服药后较对照组P、TPR、ALT降低明显 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,η、PAWP、CCP降低非常明显 (P <0 .0 1) ;SV、mAP、BK增加明显 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,BV增加非常明显 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :服用银杏叶片对进驻高原青年血流动力学有明显改善作用。
Objectives: To explore the effect of taking Ginkgo biloba leaves on the hemodynamics of migrating youth at high altitude. Methods: Twenty young adults who had been stationed at 370 0m altitude for six months were randomly divided into two groups, each with 10 persons. The control group was given orally homemade fried noodles capsules, 2 capsules each time, 2 times a day; the experimental group took ginkgo leaves, 2 tablets each time, 2 times a day. After 15 days of drug administration, hemodynamics was measured with XG-III blood circulation automatic tester. Results: Compared with the control group, the P, TPR, and ALT levels in the experimental group decreased significantly (P < 0.05), and the η, PAWP, and CCP decreased significantly (P <0.01); SV, mAP, and BK increased significantly (P <0.05). P <0. 0 5), BV increased significantly (P <0. 0 1). Conclusion : Taking ginkgo leaf significantly improves the hemodynamics of young people stationed on the plateau.
