本工作利用银对锰(Ⅱ)的催化作用,进行痕量银的测定,最低可检出0.1μgAg。在50ml体积内0~0.6μgAg符合比尔定律,摩尔吸光系数为ε=4.2×10~6。文中对所述条件进行了实验,结果表明:本方法适宜的酸度范围为0.6~1.8N的磷酸(方法中选用1.0N)。在此酸度下一方面可抑制大量锰的低价氧化物形成;另一方面还可掩蔽铁的影响。对锰(Ⅱ)的用量实验表明,锰(Ⅱ)量至600μg后,吸光度达最大值且趋恒定。当无催化反应时,部分的锰被
In this work, the catalytic effect of silver on manganese (Ⅱ) was used for the determination of trace silver, the lowest detectable 0.1μgAg. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 0.6μgAg in the volume of 50ml. The molar absorptivity is ε = 4.2 × 10 ~ 6.
