(一)搞好分流人员转岗培训的必要性在转换企业经营机制中,对提高分流人员素质,办好新办产业具有重要意义。 1.进行转岗培训是分流人员再就业的需要。一般来说,分流人员大多只有原岗位的技能,若分流出来不是从事原来职业,因其技能所限,往往难以适应新的工作,给再就业造成较大困难。因此,必须对他们进行转岗培训,学习新的技能和新的知识,使其顺利地适应新的工作环境。
