阐述了人力资本贬值的概念,指出人力资本贬值的实质是人力资本承载者既有投资决策时点上的预期收益无法全部收回;导致人力资本贬值的原因可以归为两类:即市场因素和非市场因素;并在分析人力资本贬值原因的基础上,提出了个人应对人力资本贬值的策略。
The concept of devaluation of human capital is expounded. It is pointed out that the essence of devaluation of human capital is that all the expected benefits of human capital bearer can not be fully recovered at the time of investment decision-making. The causes of devaluation of human capital can be classified into two categories: market factor and non-market factor Market factors; and on the basis of analyzing the reason of depreciation of human capital, put forward the strategy of individual dealing with depreciation of human capital.
