进行思想品德教育曾多次作为小学数学教学教育目的之一。但在实际操作过程中却出现了诸多偏差:一是片面强调数学的特殊性,忽视了思想品德教育,认为数学教学仅仅是教给学生数学知识和计算的技能技巧,无法进行思想教育;二是忽视了数学教学特点,牵强附会地进行空洞说教。从当前的教学实际看,这不仅与现行《小学数学新课程标准》相违背,而且也不符合儿童身心发展的规律,随着年龄的增长,儿童的大脑由不成熟到成熟,这个时期,也是其道德观和世界观形成的关键
