本刊讯浙江省宁波市教育局联合多部门制定的《宁波市特殊教育三年行动计划(2014—2016年)》(以下简称《计划》)日前发布。《计划》明确提出,用3年时间,加快推进特殊教育建设,并实现5大目标:一是到2014年底,适龄“三残”(视残、听残、智残)儿童少年义务教育入学率达到95%;到2016年底,入学率达到98%。二是加快学校标准化建设。到2014年,全市特殊教育学校布局合理,校舍建筑达标,建成市特殊教育中
