目的 :冠心病与非冠心病患者动态心电图的Q -TC 间期变化。方法 :对 2 1例冠心病患者与 16例非冠心病患者采用动态心电图仪和冠状动脉造影观察。结果 :发现冠心病患者与非冠心病患者最快窦性心率时的Q -Tc分别是 3 88± 3 8ms与 3 85± 3 6ms ,最慢窦性心率时的Q -Tc分别是 458± 47ms与 42 8± 3 0ms ,变化差异分别为 70± 46ms与3 8± 3 4ms。单侧束支、双侧束支及三侧束支血管病变差异度分别为 52± 58ms、78± 64ms ,90± 78ms。结论 :冠状动脉狭窄或束支血管病变Q -Tc差异度明显
Objective: Q -TC interval changes of ambulatory electrocardiogram in patients with coronary heart disease and non-coronary heart disease. Methods: Twenty-one patients with coronary heart disease and 16 patients with non-coronary heart disease were observed by dynamic electrocardiography and coronary angiography.
