1980年以来,我校教师的年龄结构发生了较大变化。一大批刚从大学毕业的青年教师上了讲台,其中1980年以后毕业的大专生就有105人,占上课教师总数125人的84％。他们的思想觉悟、业务素质的状况如何,将直接影响着我校的教育质量,关系到我校的兴衰成败。因而学校党总支和校长室狠抓了培养青年教师的工作,取得了明显的成效。在具体方法上我们抓了五个方面的工作。
Since 1980, the age structure of our school teachers has undergone major changes. A large number of young teachers who had just graduated from college took the stage. Among them, 105 graduated after 1980, accounting for 84% of the total number of 125 teachers. Their ideological consciousness and the status of professional quality will directly affect the quality of education in our school and relate to the success or failure of our school. Therefore, the school Party branch and the principal’s office paid special attention to training young teachers and achieved remarkable results. We grasped five aspects of work in specific ways.
