供应链集成度是衡量供应链一体化程度的重要指标。通过对集成度进行度量,核心企业可以明确供应链的集成状况,发现导致供应链集成度不高的主要原因。引入社会网络分析中的接近中心度、强度等概念,从供应商方向的集成广度、客户方向的集成广度、供应商方向的集成强度和客户方向的集成强度四个维度对供应链集成度进行度量,构建了供应链集成度DSCI评价模型。提出了双扇形集成弧图概念模型,直观显示四个维度的数值特征,并给出了可能的8种结果。该方法具有较好的通用性,可用于不同行业供应链集成度的评价和不同规模供应链集成度的比较。通过算例,验证了模型的有效性并说明了方法的使用步骤。
Supply chain integration is a measure of the degree of integration of the supply chain an important indicator. This paper presents a conceptual model of dual-sector arc map, visually displays the numerical features of the four dimensions and gives possible eight kinds of results. The method has good versatility and can be used for the evaluation of supply chain integration in different industries and the comparison of supply chain integration degree on different scales. Through an example, the validity of the model is verified and the procedure of using the method is illustrated.
