提出一项提高内燃机部分负荷经济性的措施,即采用一种冷却油来替代冷却水以减少部分负荷下的热损失;在高负荷时,同采用内冷却以抑制爆震的产生。经台架试验证明,采用此项措施其油耗率可降低6~8%;道路试验表明,其等速百公里油耗可降低8~10%。
A measure to improve the partial load economy of the internal combustion engine is proposed. That is, a cooling oil is used instead of cooling water to reduce the heat loss under partial load. At high load, internal cooling is used to suppress the detonation. The bench test proved that the fuel consumption rate can be reduced by 6 ~ 8% under this measure. The road test shows that the fuel consumption per kilometer can be reduced by 8 ~ 10%.
